I have been in contact with several tuningcompanys in England.
Ordered parts from both Regal Autosport and Courtenay to my Opel/Vauxhall.
My experience was bad regarding delivery, answer to my questions, unpleasent behaviour when they finally answer.
Now, I have got my parts 2 ½ month later and will probably never order from UK again.
Everytime, it strikes me. Such poor and bad service/serviceminded.
When I explain my problema with friends on forum etc. They say that you should never order from UK if you dont prepare for late delivery and/or bad customerservice.
Ive ordered from Regal in the past and they were ok, but we're talking 7 years ago the last time i dealt with them.
The problem with the UK of late is that our main delivery services have been on strike due to pay related problems - hence all our post, and postal services have got real messed up. Unfortunatly it looks like you ordered your parts as all the postal strikes started.
I know what you mean though, Ive had parts from Sverige - and they can arrive within two days, and once, the next day.
If you have to order anything else, ask me, and i'll find you some decent UK providers.

Ok. But the postal service wasnt the main problem for me.
I dont feel like Thorney Motorsport and Regal live up to a comfortable standard regarding customer service.
Courtenay had problem with the delivery from Milltek and Thorney so I cant blame them.
From now and further on, I will never order tuningparts from UK. I will contact Germany instead.
dont mean to be a bother but from watching top gear, may, hammond & especially clarkson seem to make british people come of as such prudes. And this just proves it?
hehe, tbh i think it depends where you go and who you speaka to. i know a few places that are like that even to uk folks. but then also know a few places that go way above and beyond to help out.
