some of you may know, although i think only jono lol, that i was suposed to be in the isle of man till tuesday, well im back and a crap week went from bad to worse, heres some pics

well heres a few pics i took, in what little time i had

start kinda set the weekend tone, ferry over delayed by 3 hours, and we arrived at the b and b at 1 am :o

First lot by the meseum at the middle of the mount pass

mmm, whast this i see

then disaster, gearbox blows up on me and i'm stuck at the top of a mountain as the sun goes down, was a great view though

then at 5.30am this morning top chap called steve rolls up (also got me off the mountian last night) and loads up ready to get to the ferry

his record on the tt circuit, 157mph on one fo the straights :0 marv will tell you how mad that realy is lol

then leaving for home on the ferry

haysham apears out of the mist

couple of large boats in the harbour, also rather impressive 3 point turn by the captain of the ferry to turn it round in the not very wide harbour

so all in all a weekend starting with disaster, some good driving in the morning and afternoon, ending with disaster in the evening and me comming home today needing a new gearbox

im ion the isle of man at the moment, TT course is ace, did it full traffic and a bunch of slow arses i couldnt get past yesterday in the Chevy - 1hr 3 mins. then went out on my dads Hayabusa. nothing got past, and everything got left bejhined - time - quick.

What harbour does the ferry go from? Because there are no speed limits there right?

there are speed limits yeah, but on certain roads, there are not.

the police are very strict about the areas that do have speed limits thgough as the accident rate on the island is rediculously high.

yeah i def saw a green cat on the island, shame i didn't know it was you or we could have met up, buggers. Think it was in the evening while i was waiting for the recovery truck iirc

i may of been in the chevy. or on a blue and silver Suzuki Hayabusa - we were both going quickly in oposite directions though!
