Not too sure how old this is, but it's quite interesting.
It's basically about a guy who had a rather strange accident in his Murciélago and whether he was at fault or whether Lamborghini are producing cars of sub-standard quality.

Yeah, I agree.
I think his case was a bit bizarre, but some of the others I'm pretty sure was down to lack of ability.

When it comes to lambo door in anycase you gotta watch out...read some shit on the net about a young couple with their lambo, it flipped, both survived the crash pretty well apparently, but they both died because the car caught fire and lying on its roof they couldn't open the doors =/
