Order query for its fun story - hasnt arrived

Hi there. Posting here as i don't know who to ask (or where to click to ask).

I made an order and paid on 3rd nov for the its fun story dvd and it still hasn't arrived but i have been charged.

Anyone able to help with this matter, can an admin or mod pm me maybe?

The release hasn´t been made yet.
You´ve booked a copy of the movie but it hasn´t been released yet.
It says in the shop that the movie will be delivered well before christmas =)
