How to Polish Alloy

I know i asked this before, and someone pointed me to some nice pictures of someone polishing their alloy engine parts, but exactly what is the procedure?

What polishing wheels do i need to buy etc etc?

thanks, that sounds just what i need!

there are certain wheels i can either put in a bench grinder, or even the drill and get some of this crappy alloy shiney.. might as well look like i have done some work on the engine when its all back in .. lol

yeah thanx, those are the pictures i saw before. They are very very good. I am interested in finding out what brushes he has used to do this, but it does look quite easy.

Is it possible to polish aluminium rims? I want to polish mine but im afraid ill fuck them up. =/

Yeah its possible

actually most of the polishing kits i found on ebay were to polish alloy wheels, so i think you should have no problem at all. Nice car by the way!
