first of all i want to introduce myself. I´m Helmut from Germany, 27 jears old, a interested reader of this board since 2005. I got a Video from a frend, and there was a BMW M3, black with white rim´s and a S50b30 Turbo engine, the guy called limmet, so i search the internet and found this Board. I saw the most amazing projects here, in sweden. You guys do a verry good Job !!
I´m owner of a Fiat Uno Turbo and i build myself a Fiat Tipo with a Delta engine with round about 280HP, but I sold it this year.
A frend of mine will built his own swedish racer, so i want to help him, with the welding some ideas.
He wants to built a car with 700 to 800 HP
The Engine is based on a Alpine B10 Biturbo engine. First we decided to use the Alpina exhaust manifold ans the Alpina intake manifold for this projekt. But now we tink its a bit to small for this range of power. So we built our own intanke and exhaus manifolds.
The body of this Car is factory new, all parts like the Interiour is new, rear axle, front axle, all new. Coilover system is from KW suspension

Men säg att det är en vanlig e30 kaross som han har fått tag på någon? En m3 e30 med 0mil lär ju vara värd el skaplig slant som han nu slaktar sönder för ett turbobygge?
so the Bi-turbo stuff gone, we decidet to take only one turbo, a Turbonetics GTK-1000.
New exhausmanifold is build and stress-relieved, Intake is nearly ready and the Downpipe is tack welded.
Today we started to weld the Intake manifold.

We have to install a catalytic converter for the german police. 89mm pipe and a 130mm Cat =) i think boost will blow him away ;-)

So some new´s: exhaust is ready made and the Intake manifold is also nearly done. Oil drain and thermostat housing was a tricky thing, but it´s done =)
There is also a new and larger throttle body and because of that a new engine mount because of more space for the bigger pipe ( 89mm) The original throttle body was way to smal I think.
