Steveskii - Ford Mondeo ST24

Welcome to my latest motor, a Ford Mondeo ST24, picked up for £1500 off ebay.

Nothing wrong with the car except on the front bumper there is a slight crack on the passenger side (can be seen on pic).

Crack on front:

First up will be some new brakes as the currentl ones feel a bit terrible.

As for engine mods, as far as what I've read so far it's quite expensive to get anything substantial from this engine.

She'll get some new rubber also at some point when I'm a little less poor.

Not sure what else as I don't intend on being in Britain at the end of the year, but we shall see.

Its a nice motor, looks better then the Volvo even if its not as quick!

Its a N/A 2.5 V6 stock, but they do a bolt on turbo kit for the Duratec engine :)

.. from the states too I believe.

She's sat on the drive suffering from "engine difficulties". (i'll write a full detailed description next week).
Got a new (2000 on the clock) Fiesta ST sat on the drive next to her.
Fiesta will stay stock and be my run around.

The Mundano will be repaired when I have the cash (starting next pay cheque hopefully), then we'll be looking at a nice Turbo for her along with a few other bits.

Got a bike to purchase also. Expensive stuff this motoring melarky.

Right, off to watch the Formula 1 (expect a pics thread in the media section), so I shall update next week. I hate ironing!!
