RS4 Saloon - More Power ...

So, after breaking one of my turbos when I grounded it and it looks like the exhaust knocked the turbo I decided to go for better turbos …

The car currently has the Stock RS4 (KKK KO4) turbo’s. I am having the compressor in this changed the RS6 compressor which, along with a FMIC, larger injectors and better fuel pump should give me around 540/550 bhp we hope …

Well, no point just putting the same turbo;s back on now, is there :p

No pics yet, still got to get the engine out, should be out mid week and I will post some ...

The RS4 only has two small side intercoolers, with the larger front mounted intercooler is allowes more colder charger air which in turn basicly allows you to run more power ... and more power is always good :)

Defiantly mate! I'll take you round the TT course in the, soon to be 550 hp motor ;)

Got some pictures of the broken turbo.

Managed to break one of the blades a chip a few others.

They are on there way to America as we speak to be upgraded... back in a few weeks hopfully. Going to get them to port/polish and ceramic coat my manifolds as well.

I got the KO4/RS6 turbo's on friday! along with ceramic coated exhaust manifolds, larger injectors, fuel pump, oil cooler and a nice big FMIC!

Guys have been working all weekend and I hope it will be finished on Monday!
