This is a great comparison! Finally the mustang got a proper all-new motor with proper horsepower and drivetrain, its truly the first mustang I'd want to own (aside from a 03-04 svt cobra), lmk what you guys think

Good film. I love both those cars and as the cost of them stands the Mustang is the one I would have. Having said that, I'm BMW through and through, so money no object I wouldn't even glance at the 'stang

However it was a very pretentious film, in America, by Americans about an American car. Claiming the Mustang was the winner simply because it had made the most improvements, was silly. The film was about comparing the two cars, not about which one had 'finally' done the most running to catch up with the rest of the worldwide motor industry.

So it's still ///M3 for me in an ideal world....

aye you're implying that the review mightve been biased, maybeso. But I was impressed on how much improvement they did to the car. I wasnt a big fan of mustangs unless it was svt cobras but this thing got me thinking otherwise. They finally made a new dohc 32 valve motor and ditched that crummy old 4.6. 2010 mustang owners must be really mad though cause its the same body as this one but has the old motor lol

now I just love my mustang even more....but I'd like to see a comparison on nordschleife...I think the M3 will decimate the Mustang on that track.

aye I couldn't find anything regarding nurburgring times for the new mustang........ Funny as they've even tested cars as irrelevant as the pt cruiser there
