Just wondering how fast you were going at the fastest point. Its something i struggled with and stops me posting stuff sometimes because you could have been doing 100mph there and it would not look it.

Thanks, this movie has been lying on tape for like 2 months before I finally got time to make a movie of it so I do not exactly remember how fast I was driving but it was a really twisty road so I guess I never drove faster then perhaps 160-170Km/h.
No problems hitting 250Km/h but I need a better Camera Holder before that.
Now I have used a tripod and som rope to get the camera safe and steady in the coupé but it takes time to do that every time and if a cop would see that he would take me in directly I think. =(
I am thinking of buying a camera holder they are using in motor show on television. Like this one:

There are already bolt-on kits for Turbo or supercharger for RX-8
For example GReddy has a Turbokit and a Swedish Wankeltuner has fitted an RX-8 with Supercharger.
I personally think this will destroy the lovely highreving feeling of the Renesis engine but if I had to chose I would go for a supercharger.
I will stay N/A with my RX-8 but I thinking of map the ECU with Interceptor X if tests will come out good.
The existent Greddy turbo kit is small, it gives you an extra 70 rwhp gain. I'm interested about the Interceptor X; which it's power gain?
Interceptor X is an "piggy back" system for mapping the ECU and perhaps I can find something like 10-15 Hp with it.
It is under testing by an well known Swedish wankeltuner right know and if the price is right and the hp gain is ok I will go for it I think.
There are Supercharger kits available that produces 350-360 rwhp but then you have to start to change alot of stuffs.
These kits are not cheap and I probably only stick to this car for 1-2 years (I love the car but after a year I usally want to try something else) so its money in the sea the way I see it.
There are two models: a 192 hp and a 231 hp. What is interesting is that thw 192 hp model has more NM than the 231 hp model. 2 questions:

In sweden there has only been sold High power version of the RX-8 thats why I didnt took up the numbers for Low Power Edition.
This versions are around I think:
*RX-8 High Power 231hp/211Nm This one is the only sold in sweden for example.
*RX-8 Low Power 192hp/2xxNm Sold in Germany as an sheaper option to High Power.
*RX-8 Revolution I think this is the same as High Power but sold under this name in USA.
*RX-8 Mazdaspeed JDM 250hp/2xxNm sold only in Japan. little bit more power and Mazdaspeed options on th car.
*RX-8 Pro drive 250hp(?)/211Nm(?) with alot of handling stuff, other wheels and exterial optics. Special version sold in UK in limited edition.
