I thought you non-swedes would like to see some pics from a swedish carmeet (not a big one, though) :)

Ofcourse the cops wanted to join our little meeting, this was the fourth policecar that joined us :P

speedshaq: They cant say anything, they're just there to check that we dont do burnouts and stuff like that, and god forbid that we have a streetrace ;)

...About 20 minutes after this carmeet everbody met up at a good street to do some racing on ;) But I don't have any pics from that.

The fastest cars didn't run in that race, I'm afraid:/
Actually, I don't remember who was the fastest that run that night.. I was busy talking to my friends about everything else but the race :P

In the UK those sort of meets are usually called 'Cruises'

I used to attend a lot and they can get really big, except ours
are mainly full of cars that look like the ones below now. It used
to be better with decent cars and good car conversation

Our Police take a really bad view of cruises because of the idiots
that turn up to them these days.. which is a shame!

You are correct, we do have street racing here in the UK, Its usually very hidden and quiet though. We do still have cruises but they usually turn into a battle between the police and the cruisers.

I think i might attend another ojne to show you guys what goes on over here :) Im sure i can find one near me :)
