Mostly the race-teams that organize the races have crewmembers placed outside the area and they report back to the crewmembers on the race-street so they can call of the races and everybody just stands there and waits for the cops, but noone is racing or doing something illegal :P

Who says that noone is filming? Almost every race has atleast one guy that films :) Everything doesn't show up on internet though..

That's some nice meet you got here. Pretty nice cars too (and expensive too). In my country all meets often take place on supermarket parking lots and always in the middle of night. They usually do lots of burnouts and donut paintings, sometimes even drag on the nearest straight road. And cops..? They are always coming but people there don't give a shit... :)
