Q: Are the graphics close to what we have seen in the screenshots?
A: They are better. The colors are way more vivid.
Q: How did the damage feel ?
A: The damage of the cars are somewhat like FM2 with bumpers, wings, and such flying off.
Q: any noticeable aliasing??
A: Nope
Q: Is there much of a difference in graphics quality between the showroom/replays/photomode and actual gameplay?
A: No not really we took pics and used replays the whole time we were there. It seems the pics we've been seeing are just early builds making them seem less vivid. I wouldnt worry about graphics.
Q: Did you get to play the online mode at all? What were your impressions. Was the framerate consistent (single player and online) and lag noticible?
A: Yes I played the online. It was great, the menu was really smooth from going from here to there. The framerate never lagged when we was there.
As asked above how was the drag racing(if you tried it)?
Q: How do the cars launch, can you actually launch a high powered car without blowing of the tires now?
A: No
What caught my attention is when you said the sounds of the turbo's spooling up, superchargers and bov's sound amazing. Can you explain this further? I mean I know you cant explain it...but I guess what I'm trying to ask is...
Q: Is it realistic?? and are there variations not just the same old bov for everycar etc... (FM2 Turbo's & BOVs Sucked!)
A: The sounds are great now. They sound like they should. I would find myself letting the AI drive and just watch the replay cameras to hear the SC whine as it drove by the camera.
Q: Also do the engine/exhaust notes sound like they have been carried over from FM2 or are they completely new?
A: I talked to Adam the audio guy and he said they have recorded over 340 cars so far making all the engines sounds new. I wouldnt worry about the sounds. They are topnotch
